Refund policy

REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICY (Please READ)

Refunds
Our policy is NO refunds. We ONLY have replacement or store credit available.

Exchanges/Returns/Replacements
We have a NO exchange policy; however, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and it will be replaced for the same item; if it is not available you need to exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at payanoscornershop@gmail.com. Please send the item to be replaced to the return address. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipping the item to be replace with or if the same item is not available a store credit will be sent. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at payanoscornershop@gmail.com.

We will make our best effort to replace items but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for replacement as out inventory is limited.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.

Gifts
For items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, it can be replaced for another item for the same value or less.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a store credit will be sent to the gift giver who will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address that is on the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs of replacing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.00, it will be able to track and confirm that we receive the item to be replaced.

We have a 24-hours replace policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to report any damage or quest a return.

To be eligible for a replacement, a photo of the damage or defected item needs to be shown, if the item needs to be return to be replaced, we will let you know after seeing the picture. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that if your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements on sale items or gift cards
